Small Time was a small HN town found on the cliffside of a valley in the mountains north of Blister Hill. The town had little in terms of notable residents, only possessing a couple bars, a trade shop, and a few small shacks.
Its most notable detail is that it and the lands around it were overhauled and transformed into the slave camp of Rebirth shortly before the 0.92.0 update.
