Flotsam Safehouse is a single building located to the north of Rebirth. It was established as a way point for escaped Rebirth Slaves to rest and recover their strength. The purpose behind the location is explained in the Flotsam Safehouse Note.
Despite what is stated in the Flotsam Safehouse Note, the player suffers no penalties with the Flotsam Ninjas should they loot the place, even if they are not an escapee from Rebirth. Although the items may be tagged as stolen, they can be sold to the Flotsam Ninjas without the risk of getting in trouble.
