This template creates an arbitrary length unordered list with a class of "seplist" to allow a wrapper template to use templatestyles to style the list.
In addition, a parameter |sep= may be supplied to insert a separator between each list item. It recognises |sep=hr as the horizontal rule. This may find use in infoboxes where items may span multiple lines and be difficult to distinguish without a separator.
