• 2/27:

• Paused progress to:

• Create the map stack, see Project:Map (I'll add proper sectioning so these logs are easy to follow.)
• Solidified candidates for deletion. Some modules will be retained for educational purposes.
• No attempt to communicate with Wikidata will be made. The LinkedWiki extension and Wikibase options either do not work or are totally not worth pursuing.

• Of course, this has very little actual impact upon the wiki except for the exclusion of particular template routines.

For skins I am exploring two different approaches:

1. Experimenting with a skin like Chameleon, whittling down to an appropriate style & implementation.
2. Building off the example skin up to the desired capabilities & coverage.

• 2/8-3/1:

• Finishing exploring various frameworks.
• Working models:

• Nuxt

• The map has a decent baseline coming together through Nuxt. See: Project:Map for some progress reports on that. No ETA as of yet, it's coming along.

• 3/2:

• Putting together the Help:Home index. Pruning bloat modules & templates. Starting to custom edit the imported content.

• 3/3-3/4:

Rolling out categorization

Modules first

Still some pruning to be done. Add in missing sandboxes & testcases + any other lacking subpages. Align with templates where appropriate.

Check redirects, check WhatLinks, check functionality, sort into proper associations

Build example pages for groups (see Help:Formats & Help:Formats/Colors)

• Redesign Help:Home and all subpages to be internally oriented and filter the excessive out-linking. Reduce down to core helpful elements to be concise, relevant and readable.

• Side note -- Spending more time monitoring resources and testing network behavior. Removed all error logging from the site - curiosities satisfied, moved the activity to a test environment.
• Skin up and running.

• 3/5-3/6:

• Experimenting with caching strategies and drilling down into fine grain MW-specific config settings.
• Slowly tightening CSP to acceptable level. SEO backwork reliant upon...
• ShortURLs (not yet) -> Revisit task list beforehand. (CSP, FW, OPchache, fine grain)
• Categorization settled into: Category:Modules as example.
• Thematic design implementation over the next couple weeks.
