Hero Bosses are squad leaders of the United Heroes League. They are usually found leading packs of 5-7 City Heroes as they roam around United Cities territories in the northeast. They also patrol with groups of 3-7 City Heroes around the areas of Heng and The Great Desert.

They wear [Shoddy] armour (40% chance of [Standard]) and have weapons manufactured by Unknown (manufacturer).
