The Tenacious Recruit is a randomly named Generic Recruit available in bars in Shark, Black Scratch, Flats Lagoon, Smugglers Bar, Waystations, World's End, The Hub. Mourn, Empire Peasants bars, Crab Town, and, depending on World States, also in Blister Hill, Heft, Heng and Stoat. They have Not honourable Personality and after recruited will have the 'Player THUG' Dialogue Package.
They wear [Shoddy] armour (5% chance of [Standard]) and have weapons manufactured by Unknown (manufacturer).
