Straw Lieutenants are members of the Grass Pirates. They can be found leading squads of 5 to 12 Grass Pirate characters on patrols of Stormgap Coast, The Eye, and The Outlands.

Straw Lieutenants have a 10% chance of spawning with a Bounty ranging from 1,000 to 3,000 Cats.

They wear [Shoddy] armour (15% chance of [Standard]) and have weapons manufactured by Unknown (manufacturer) or Ancient (Manufacturer).
