Legion Scouts are members of the Skeleton Legion faction. They can be found in the Ashlands.

They can usually be found in a pair, either alone or integrated into a force of 7 Legion skeletons.

If Mad Cat-Lon has been killed, the force they are with is increased to a dozen Legions.

They wear [Standard] armour (15% chance of [High]) and have weapons manufactured by Skeleton Smiths (Manufacturer).

This character can colour armour and clothing due to a colour scheme attached.
