In every case, removing this item will result in the immediate death of the skeleton which was holding it. Aspiring ninja/assassin can clear up Skinhouse HQ from patrolling skin bandits by incapacitating them, killing them by removing their CPUs and then kidnap their leader from his bed, all without a single skirmish.
It is possible to remove this item without killing the owner by placing them in a Prisoner Cage before retrieving the CPU. ru:Старый ЦПУ
