Rebel Fighters are members of the Rebel Swordsmen faction. They appear as patrols and guards of towns controlled by the Empire Peasants in the northeastern territories.
They have a 20% chance to spawn with a crossbow. They wear [Shoddy] armour (25% chance of [Standard]) and have weapons manufactured by Ancient (Manufacturer).They have a 10% chance to spawn with a bounty ranging from 2500 to 3500 Cats.
