Okran's Shield/Shek Kingdom

If High Inquisitor Valtena is killed or imprisoned while Esata the Stone Golem is alive, Okran's Shield will fall under the control of Shek Kingdom – but only if the player is allied with that faction.

Trivia

• Despite lacking traversing routes to take over Okran's Shield, this override can still happen even if both Seta and Phoenix are alive, which prevents Shek Kingdom to attack through southern HN territory.
